Chef Lalanne and Josh talk about cookies - all different kinds, including chocolate chip cookies, and a no-bake cookie that Josh remembers from his childhool (a caller contributed a recipe as Josh couldn't remember what the cookie was). Josh also talks a bit about "It's Time to Talk Day" - a push to get people to talk about domestic violence.

"It's Time to Talk Day" is a day in which everyone is encouraged to bring up the topic of domestic violence. Ask your employer to make sure there are domestic violence resources posted in public places, ask your local schools what they're doing to raise awareness and educate the students about domestic violence and teen dating violence, talk to your friends about what you know about domestic violence and if you've ever had to deal with it firsthand. There are so many ways to bring it up, and it's time to break the silence.
