Alliance Man to Face Trial in Stabbing Deaths

A man accused of stabbing two people to death in Alliance will stand trial on murder and weapon charges.

ALLIANCE, Neb. (AP) - KNEB radio in Scottsbluff (http://bit.ly/HRD2jX ) says the case against 25-year-old Dominick Dubray has been sent to Box Butte County District Court. His arraignment is April 25.

Dubray is charged with two counts of first-degree murder and two counts of use of a weapon to commit a felony. He's accused of killing Catalina Chavez and Mike Loutzenhiser, of Scottsbluff, in February.

The bodies were found in an Alliance home Dubray shared with Chavez. Dubray, who was also in the house, suffered cut wounds and was hospitalized.
