SOUTH SIOUX CITY, Neb. (AP) - A dog in northeast Nebraska has been spray-painted with graffiti.
Tabitha Taylor told the Sioux City (Iowa) Journal (http://bit.ly/Yvm8lq ) that black paint was used on her white dog. Taylor says the dog, Blaze, had been limping, so she feared it had been kicked or beaten.
She says Blaze is her 4-year-old son's dog and is nice to everybody.
Taylor says "it just baffles my mind that they would spray-paint him."
South Sioux City police are investigating.
