Charges have been filed against a Wyoming man accused of causing the death of two Scottsbluff teens while driving drunk.

On Monday, the Goshen County Attorney filed charges against 22-year-old Ethan Kaufman: two counts of Aggravated Homicide by Vehicle for the deaths of Hallie Anderson and Alexis Wheeler, plus two charges of DUI Causing Serious Bodily Injury regarding teenagers Tyler Hill and Stetson Allen.Kaufman turned himself in to the Goshen County Detention Center Monday night in Torrington, Wyoming and was scheduled to make a court appearance Tuesday.The crash happened near the Wyoming/Nebraska line on January 9. Anderson and Wheeler were students at WNCC in Scottsbluff. Dave Collins for Nebraska Radio Network.
