A 24-year-old Hershey man has been charged with vehicular homicide and driving while intoxicated
SUTHERLAND, Neb. (AP) - A 24-year-old Hershey man has been charged with vehicular homicide and driving while intoxicated.
Authorities say Micah Koch was driving a pickup that crashed early Monday morning near the western Nebraska city of Sutherland. The crash killed 24-year-old Korey Huebner, also from Hershey. Koch and another passenger, 28-year-old Jay Shotkoski, of Hershey, were injured.
Sheriff Jerome Kramer says the truck hit an embankment and landed in a roadside ditch.
A public phone listing for Koch couldn't be found. Koch's attorney didn't immediately return a call Friday from the Associated Press.
