Woman fatally injured in western Nebraska crash

A 24-year-old Hershey woman has been fatally injured in a crash near Sutherland

SUTHERLAND, Neb. (AP) - A 24-year-old Hershey woman has been fatally injured in a crash near Sutherland.
 
     Lincoln County sheriff's deputies were dispatched to the accident about 1:15 a.m. Monday.
 
     Sheriff Jerome Kramer says Korey Huebner is believed to have been a passenger in a pickup truck that hit an embankment and landed in a roadside ditch.
 
     Two others in the truck were taken to Great Plains Regional Medical Center in North Platte. They were identified as 24-year-old Micah Koch and 28-year-old Jay Shotkoski.
 
     Kramer says alcohol is believed to be involved in the crash. The crash investigation is continuing.
