Police in Greenwood Village are investigating who shot and killed a 25-year-old woman in an apartment building garage on Thursday

GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colo. (AP) - Police in Greenwood Village are investigating who shot and killed a 25-year-old woman in an apartment building garage on Thursday.

One person police wanted to talk to about Emily Weikert's death was 51-year-old Robert Lewis, who had been recently been fired after harassing her at work. He was found dead with what appeared to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head after SWAT officers entered his apartment Thursday evening.

Police Cmdr. Joe Harvey wouldn't call Lewis a suspect in Weikert's slaying but said he couldn't be ruled out.

The Denver Post reported investigators have questioned a man whom Weikert probably had a relationship with. They say he has been cooperative.

Weikert and Lewis worked at CoBank in Greenwood Village, which specializes in agribusiness lending.
