USDA Rural Development has awarded a loan to the Friends of the Kenfield Gallery.
USDA Rural Development has awarded a $343,500 loan to the Friends of the Kenfield Gallery. The funds will be used for the remodeling the back of the existing exhibit building to be used as an event center. Funds will also refinance a portion of the main exhibit area loan.
"USDA Rural Development is pleased to help in the creation of an event center that will be of benefit to the residents of Ogallala as a place to host events," said Area Specialist Natalie Furrow, USDA Rural Development.
