A Man's body has been found at the Scottsbluff National Monument in the Nebraska Panhandle.
SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb. (AP) - A man's body has been found at the Scotts Bluff National Monument in the Nebraska Panhandle.
Scotts Bluff County Sheriff Mark Overman told radio station KNEB (http://bit.ly/V1QJ4O) that the body was found Sunday afternoon. It was found on a slope east of the walking tunnel at the monument.
Overman says an initial examination of the body showed injuries consistent with a fall.
The man's name won't be released until after an autopsy.
