Region II Human Services presents "1,2,3, Magic", a parent educational workshop, on successive Mondays, October 22nd, 29th and November 5th at Heartland Counseling, 401 West 1st Street in Ogallala. The workshop teaches techniques that encourage good behavior and stop unacceptable behavior for children 2 to 12 years old.
