Camp Schedule         

 Check-in/ Registration HS GYM (8:00-9:00 am MST)

9:00 – 10:30: 1st technique session

10:45-12:15:  2nd Technique session

12:15 – 1:15: Lunch (Not Provided) Pizza will be available at the Gym

1:30 – 3:00: 3rd technique session

3:00 -4:00: 4th   summary question and answer session.

4:30  – 6:00:  Completion: Takedown Tournament (open to all registered campers) OHS Wrestling Room
