Nebraskans who qualify for programs with the Department of Health and Human Services, Federal Assistance Programs or who have incomes at or below 135% of the poverty level are now able to apply for the Nebraska Telephone Assistance Program online. NTAP provides a credit of $12.75 off monthly service with a participating provider for one landline or wireless phone to a qualified household. Applications are online at psc.nebraska.gov. or call and ask about NTAP at 800-526-0017.
